When was Krabi International School established?

We opened our doors for our first cohort of students on 1st September 2015 and are now firmly established as the premier international school in Krabi and surrounding provinces.

Which curricula do you follow?

We implement the Cambridge curriculum, supplemented by the English National Curriculum and Thai National Curriculum, both of which are adapted for our multicultural environment.

Is your school affiliated with any international examination boards?

We are accredited by Cambridge Assessment International Education for both primary and secondary assessments.

How do I enrol my child at your school?

To enrol at Krabi International School, simply contact our office, complete the registration and medical forms, and finalise your enrolment by paying the enrolment and tuition fees.

From what age can children begin attending your school?

Children can commence in Year 1 from the age of 5. See our ‘What year group is my child in?’ page for more information on the ages at which students join each year group.

Do you offer preschool or kindergarten schooling?

We do not offer these services due to licence restrictions, though there are some such institutions in Krabi Town and Ao Nang. Collaborating with these facilities allows us to support the broader Krabi community, so let us know if you are interested in finding out more about them.

Do you offer student transportation services?

We offer minibus services for pick-up and drop-off, with routes adjusted based on demand. All our vehicles are well-maintained, and our drivers are fully qualified to ensure the utmost standards of safety are upheld.

How do you support students’ transitions to universities globally?

Krabi International School guides students towards successful university transitions globally through our experienced pastoral care and a comprehensive PSHE curriculum.

Which extracurricular activities do you have available?

Our extracurricular clubs have previously included Dance Club, Chinese Club, Science Club, Football Club, Drama Club and many more besides. Concurrently, we offer additional tuition sessions during these times, with children invited to these sessions if they require focused instruction in English, Mathematics, or Thai.

How does the school ensure the professional growth of its teaching staff?

We foster the professional growth of our teaching staff through comprehensive teacher training sessions, conducted on more than 10 occasions throughout the school year.
