We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team responsible for daily repairs and facility upkeep. The role includes planning work, managing staff, checking quality, keeping records, and ensuring all jobs are completed safely and on time. The supervisor must be reliable, organised, and able to communicate clearly with management and staff. Good computer skills are required for record keeping and scheduling.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Thai nationality with strong written and spoken Thai
Good English communication skills for reporting and coordination
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or a related technical field
Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising maintenance or technical teams
Strong computer ability, including Microsoft 365, Excel, and Windows 11
Organised, reliable, and confident using digital record-keeping systems
